All payments must be made in full at time of the examination/home visit. Strictly no accounts. We offer Eftpos service, Cash payments, Deferit, and VetPay only. No cheques, no Amex/Diners cards. If you have any concerns, please inform Dr Julia prior to the home visit.

Cancellation policy – For your convenience we will confirm your appointment on the day prior to our visit. Please call us immediately if you are not able to keep your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours notice of cancellation, however we do understand that last minute emergencies may occur.
If we arrive at our appointment and nobody is home, we will attempt to call you. If we are unable to conduct our appointment as scheduled, a cancellation surcharge will be added to your next booking. You will be notified of the cancellation surcharge when you book your next appointment.

Compassionate euthanasia is often the final act in caring for our two or four-legged family members. Many pet owners agree that, where possible, a pet's final hour is best spent at home with their family where they are most relaxed. When the time arrives to say goodbye, we will come to your home and help your pet pass over the Rainbow Bridge peacefully.
